Baseball Players When you click on the link below you will start the player registration process. You will not be able to save the application and come back to it later. Please answer the questions and when you are done click the submit button at the bottom of the page. If you make a mistake you can contact your Senior Commissioner and they have the ability to edit your team profile. If you would like to see the questions you will need to answer, click here you will need to click the back button on the pdf form to return to this page. You can review the questions and restart the registration process when you are ready. Once you click the link below you will need a user name and password in order to start the process. If you do not have both contact the manager or coach of the team you are trying out for and they will provide them for you. IMPORTANT MESSAGE WHEN YOU ARE DONE WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICK ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PRINT OUT A FORM 2 FOR YOU AND YOUR PARENTS TO SIGN. IF YOU EXIT OUT OF THE FORM BEFORE PRINTING YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE FORM FOR PRINTING. |
